My triumph over fibromyalgia

My experience and triumph over fibromyalgia is an impressive example of how the TRIAD method has changed my life. In this blog post, we will take a closer look at my experience and how I became pain free by using the TRIAD method. I suffered from the symptoms of fibromyalgia for years and was looking for a holistic solution that could not only alleviate my physical discomfort, but also the mental stress.

How fibromyalgia made itself felt

When I first felt pain in my knees, I thought it was just a temporary thing. But the pain gradually spread to my forearms, fingertips and sternums. I was confused and scared as I didn't know what was happening to my body. I went to various doctors and specialists to get a diagnosis, but no one seemed to know what was wrong with me.

The pain got worse and worse over time and spread to other parts of my body. I felt like my whole body was on fire and I could hardly sleep or concentrate. I felt tired and exhausted, even after spending the whole day in bed. My mood fluctuated wildly and I often felt depressed and helpless.

Many grueling examinations without a concrete diagnosis

Before I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I had to go through many grueling examinations and tests. It was a long and frustrating process as many doctors and specialists were unable to make a concrete diagnosis.

I had countless blood tests, x-rays, MRI scans and other diagnostic procedures to rule out various conditions. Each time a test came back negative, I felt relieved but also frustrated as I still had no answers.

It was also difficult to deal with the pain and other symptoms while I was waiting for a diagnosis. I often felt misunderstood and not taken seriously, as many doctors couldn't understand my pain or attributed it to psychological problems.

The process of finding a diagnosis was also time-consuming and costly. I had to attend many appointments with different doctors and specialists, which often meant that I had to take time off work or postpone other commitments.

Psychological and physical stress and isolation

The pain caused by fibromyalgia can have a significant impact on mental and physical health. The persistent pain can lead to chronic stress, which can manifest itself in various ways.

For me personally, the pain often led to anxiety and depression. I often felt helpless and overwhelmed as I didn't know how to deal with my pain. The pain also affected my quality of sleep, which in turn led to increased tiredness and exhaustion.

The pain has also had an impact on my social life. I have often felt isolated from friends and family as I have not been able to participate in or focus on social activities. This has led to feelings of loneliness and isolation, which in turn has affected my mental health.

In addition to the psychological effects, pain also has physical effects. Chronic stress can lead to increased muscle tension, which in turn can lead to even more pain. The pain has also limited my mobility, which has made it difficult to carry out everyday tasks.

The glimmer of hope

When I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia, it was a glimmer of hope in the midst of the darkness. I finally knew what was wrong with me and had an explanation for my pain and symptoms. It was a relieving feeling to finally have an answer after all the examinations and tests I had undergone.

However, I was also exhausted and frustrated by the long and grueling process I had been through. It had taken so long for me to finally receive a diagnosis and in the meantime I had gone through many tests and treatments with no results. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster ride of emotions, with highs and lows as I tried to deal with my pain and symptoms.

Nevertheless, the diagnosis also gave me a sense of hope. I now knew what I had and could focus on finding ways to manage my pain and symptoms. I started to read up on fibromyalgia and look for treatment options that could help me improve my quality of life.

I knew the road to recovery wouldn't be easy, but I felt encouraged to finally have some direction. I felt like I could finally take back control of my health and live a fulfilling life, despite my chronic illness.

Overall, the diagnosis of fibromyalgia was a turning point for me. It was a long and difficult road to get there, but it also gave me hope and direction for the future. I knew I wasn't alone.

New findings and possible solutions

When I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I spent hours, even days, searching the internet for information and possible cures. I read everything I could find, from medical articles to personal testimonials. But the more I read, the more frustrated I became. The internet is full of advice and sometimes absurd stories, but nothing really seemed to help.

I had already tried so many different treatments and therapies, from painkillers to acupuncture, but nothing had really helped. I felt desperate and alone with my pain. It seemed like there was no real solution to my condition.

But despite the frustration and disappointment, I didn't give up. I knew that I couldn't just accept my pain and give up. I had to keep fighting and look for solutions that would help me improve my quality of life.

The more I read, the more I realized that fibromyalgia is a complex disorder that is not yet fully understood. There is no single treatment that works for everyone, and it can take a while to find the right combination of therapies and lifestyle changes to help you.

Overall, my search for information and cures for fibromyalgia was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. There were moments of hope and moments of despair. But in the end, I found a solution that worked for me, and I am grateful for the experience I had.

CBD - the first step towards relief

After I finally received a diagnosis for my fibromyalgia, I began to look intensively into various treatment options. I came across CBD oil and read about many positive experiences of other sufferers. At first I was skeptical as I didn't know if it would really help, but I decided to give it a try.

I started with a low dosage and gradually increased it until I had found the optimum amount for me. After just a short time, I noticed a clear improvement in my well-being. My pain was significantly alleviated and I felt more relaxed and balanced overall. Although the pain was considerably alleviated, it had not yet completely disappeared and there was no real euphoric feeling.

CBD oil has helped me to better control my pain and improve my quality of life. I am glad that I tried it and can only recommend other sufferers to try it too. Of course, you should always speak to your doctor beforehand and find out about the correct dosage and application.

The long-awaited turning point and triumph over fibromyalgia

Due to my social distancing, some meetings with friends have of course been postponed or canceled altogether. I would also like to mention that my husband and I are passionate petanque players. Of course, our participation in the petanque club has suffered due to my isolation. Even though my husband understood me and knew why I didn't like company, he insisted on inviting friends over from time to time so that our social life didn't become completely impoverished.

So it was that we invited a new couple who had recently moved here from New Jersey to join us for a Swiss cheese fondue. That memorable evening was the long-awaited turning point for my fibro condition. As luck would have it, one of our guests also had severe pain in her forearms and buttocks. She told me how she completely relieved her pain with the help of infrared therapy. I was excited and skeptical at the same time, but I couldn't refuse her offer to borrow the infrared panel. I picked up the device from her the next day and did a one-hour session that same day. 30 minutes upper body front and 30 minutes upper body back. I felt this pleasant warmth and relaxation from the very first session. I repeated these sessions every day and after the fourth day my pain had greatly reduced. After ten days I was pain-free! Yes, pain-free! I was laughing again, I was sleeping well again and I was enjoying my daily tasks again.

This experience changed my life. I had finally found a solution that helped me manage my pain and improve my quality of life. I am so grateful for that random evening and the Swiss cheese fondue that helped me get my life back. It's amazing how small events can sometimes have a big impact. A special thanks to my friend VERUKA of course, she gave me the tip with the infrared panel.of course, here is the extended text:

Omega-3

Since I started taking Omega-3 daily, I have noticed a significant improvement in my physical and mental well-being. Omega-3 fatty acids, especially EPA and DHA, have numerous health benefits. Physically, I have noticed a reduction in inflammation and an improvement in heart health. My joints feel more flexible and I have noticed a reduction in muscle pain after exercise.

In addition, taking omega-3 regularly has had a positive impact on my mental health. I have noticed an improvement in my mood and a reduction in anxiety and stress symptoms. My ability to concentrate has increased, which has allowed me to be more productive at work and in my daily activities.

Another important aspect is the balance between omega-6 and omega-3. A balanced ratio of these fatty acids is crucial for reducing inflammation, especially in chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia. By taking omega-3 daily, I have found that my symptoms of fibromyalgia, such as chronic pain and fatigue, have been significantly alleviated.

Overall, integrating omega-3 into my daily routine has been a decision that has greatly improved my quality of life. I feel more energized, focused and balanced, both physically and mentally. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to improve their overall wellbeing to consider taking a daily supplement of Omega-3 especially when it comes to balancing the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 and reducing inflammation.

I had another wonderful experience: while I treat my upper body with infrared waves, I listen to a short mental yoga session to relax even more deeply, or music, or a podcast. The effects of infrared therapy last up to 48 hours, until the next session. Anyway, this hour is all mine and I really enjoy it, so I don't just do my therapies every other day, but EVERY single day!

  1. This story about fibromyalgia really interested and touched me. I know the disease from my close circle of friends. It's a very tough thing. The treatment approach seems very plausible and convincing to me. It's actually a holistic, three-dimensional therapy. And obviously without the side effects of possibly harmful medication. In my opinion, Lilia's success is based on the regularity of the treatments. Completing this program on a daily basis also requires discipline. But it is obviously an investment in your health and quality of life. I am very impressed.

It's good to hear that the treatment approach seems plausible and convincing to you. In fact, a holistic, three-dimensional therapy is often very helpful in the treatment of fibromyalgia, as it takes into account not only the physical, but also the psychological and social aspects of the disease.
