Dr. Paul Clayton graduated summa cum laude in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Edinburgh before obtaining his PhD. He was a former Chairman of the Forum on Food & Health (UK) and Chief Scientific Advisor to the UK Government's Medicines Safety Committee and a Fellow of the Institute of Food, Brain & Behavior (Oxford). He works with leading physicians and clinical scientists in centers of clinical expertise in many countries, designing and overseeing preclinical and clinical trials of pharmacological-nutritional interventions.
